Refused put work note with dates that my job Amazon requires got nasty phone call by his manager to release me because they failed return my calls so I had text them through my chart. There knee specialist is not great or cares about your pain he don't have good ratings. The manager was rude. So I guess if patients gets mad now days they end relationship with patients. Very pleased with Dr. Almasri. He is very knowledgeable and has a very calm and reassuring demeanor. His staff are also very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Dawn Souders (sp?) is his PA. She is very involved with his cases. She is in the operating room and then she follows up in the hospital after the initial post op visit by Dr. Almasri.
