Tried to CONFIRM appt and insurance acceptance. No options to talk to staff, even if pressing 3, which kept ringing. Schedulling thought you did, but thats not always accurate. I can see why only a 1-star rating. Often, I must verify my insurance is taken, as databases are not updated. This looks like it will be a very bad experience. Will report more later.
