Understanding my needs and care
They lie. They lied to me about the alleged doctor being a surgeon. When I showed up and paid, they said no, he's not a surgeon. Fraud alert!!! Sucker you in to charge you and your insurance. BTW I have all calls recorded, so I have the call taker on my recording lying.
