This man Erik Mahler is a snake! Represented himself as the buyer and my mother as the seller and sold himself my mom's house for half the value! I contacted him prior to the final sale to reason with him as my mom was being "romance scammed" and instead of being sympathetic he pushed the sale through quickly under the threat of placing a lean on the house for $100,000.00!
