I purchased my home through Mahler Realty over 10 years ago and the Mahlers have been very helpful to me over the years. This is the difference when you use a local family owned realtor, as opposed to a realtor chain. Them having roots in the community for over 70 years matters and IT SHOWS in how they treat their clients, both past and present.
I remain genuinely perplexed as to why certain realty companies operate under the assumption that all prospective tenants maintain flawless credit and live entirely debt free. In the current economic climate, such expectations are unrealistic for the vast majority of working individuals. I have attempted to apply with this particular realty company on multiple occasions, only to be met with dismissive and unnecessarily discourteous responses. STAY AWAY! I would give 0 stars if I could. Very hard to reach and will waste your time as a buyer. Please find another realty company to work with.
