I was extremely disappointed with the gold we purchased about month ago. My fiancé bought engagement ring from them which they said is 22k but I noticed discolouration just couple days after so got it checked from different stores which I found out was not 22k. We went there to get it checked at their store but they were very rude and didn't even apologize for their service. I would not recommend them to anyone
I recently bought gold from this store, and they told me it was 22k. I trusted their word, but when I got it checked at a couple of different reputable locations, I was shocked to find out it’s actually only 19k. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. HORRIBLE PLACE AVOID!!! Came here to sell my gold. They offered me dirt compared to other jewellers. They quoted me $2000 and another shop in the same plaza paid $5200! These guys built their business off scamming people who are not knowledgeable. There’s thousands of more jewellers in the same plaza just go there. These guys are straight frauds
BE AWARE !!!!! THEFT HAPPENING AT STORE !!!!!!!!! I went to Mahindra Jewelers on Saturday to get a 22K gold chain fixed which was bought from the same store. They quoted me $50 and then took my chain inside a room to fix it. Upon their return, they came back with two big pieces from my chain missing.
