This place has a big issue. They can't keep up with the appointments as scheduled. Every time, we had to wait over 3 hours for the doctor to see my 86 yrs old mom. Horrible place.
If I could give negative stars, I would. He may be a good cardiologist, but waiting in excess of 3 hours is ridiculous. We are cardiac patients, some of us worse for wear. Sitting in chairs with our legs down causes severe swelling. DHR NEEDS TO DO BETTER!
Staff was helpful and kind my first time in the office for my dad who at the time was admitted in hospital .. after hearing from some doctor how they wouldn’t help my dad this Doctor gave my dad and our family a little hope .. the receptionist was kind and quick to get answers for me .. Dr knew my dads case and reassured me he’d be at the hospital to follow up with dad as soon as he could and he did .. I’m thankful for caring doctors and their staff who work very hard ..
My mom has seen 3 different cardiologist this year and it's only March. Finally a doctor that knows how to treat an 82 year old with dignity and not just another dollar sign. Yes the office was full but we were there for less than an hour. I have waited with my mother up to 3 hours for some rude doctors that double schedule senior patients and don't even spend 5 minutes with them.
