I've been waiting for over an hour. The reefer department always does this; they do whatever they want, and that's not their job—they're paid for it. They stay inside the kiosks using their phones and do things whenever they feel like it.
I need to have a good laugh. There's a woman behind a single-checkout machine who has no patience, no manners, and no class. Her service is zero. I seriously doubt she has a hearing problem. Almost every time I encounter this lady, I'm kicked out and have to queue up again to come in. I suggest to this lady that if you can't handle it, have someone else do the checkout. Any male checkout staff would be much better and more gentlemanly than you.
