Need I say much about this joint, they don't keep in touch you have to keep calling, they had arrogant staff, smart mouthed, they don't know how to restrain properly, my son was there for two weeks, they gave him terrible bruise on his hip, they did something to his toe nails his feet are not right, I'm seriously looking into legal advice on his condition, dont take your loved one to this place if he unwillingly injured some staff member, the caseworker will tell you he almost killed two people and then on top of it that th... read more

OT at Brodheadsville was a wonderful experience. Brian was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my OT needs. He challenged me to achieve my fullest OT potential. After having surgery, I had an extremely painful hand with limited range of motion. On my last day I was amazed, I had full range of motion and was pain free. Thank you Brian for always keeping me informed, answering all my questions and helping me overcome my fears of OT. You are the BEST. Thank you. Iris C.

I had the need to visit the ED this morning and was very pleased with the experience. The initial registration process was quick and seamless. The registration clerk was friendly, polite and professional. My triage nurse was very friendly and professional. My nurse, Ashley, was outstanding. She was very friendly, respectful and competent. While performing the ordered procedure she constantly was attentive to my comfort and privacy and was very reassuring. It has been a very long time since I needed emergency department ... read more

They want you to present as sicker than you are. I had a post void residual performed there by what seemed to be a high school aged girl. The first test was a perfect zero. She disregarded the result. She retested; the second test was a perfect zero. Again, she ignored that result. After multiple tests, and ten more minutes, I was yet again retested, resulting in a 32. That test result is invalid as it was resulted 10 minutes after void. Guess which number was entered into my personal record? Yup, the 32. My weight, as recor... read more

You go to care now and they are not choosing the correct insurance so they tell you to call billing. When you call billing they tell you that they had it under kids. Then when you see the EOB turned into insurance they have you under an ER visit and when you call and tell them you were never in the ER they try to tell you that because you had an X-ray at the care now it’s coding as an ER visit. If they would of ran the insurance correctly at the care now I would of been paying $50 at time of service now they trying to charge... read more

I would not go to this practice, as they are very unconcerned and uncaring about their patients! I have Covid and 102.9 fever and called them on Friday afternoon to ask them for Paxlovid antiviral medication. The front desk told me that she would have a nurse called me back and no one ever called me back the entire weekend!!!! They have zero concern about their sick patients obviously! I’d recommend going somewhere else!
