We took a Isuzu npr in for diag. Truck was running fine just had the check in engine light that would flash every now and then with code 21 but truck would not run different just light would come on randomly. We were told it was the TCM purchased it installed it paid them for TCM and Diag. Now light constantly flashing. Took truck to nextran since tech who diag truck was on vacation. Do not take your commercial Isuzu trucks to Maher tuck center . They are a joke. Went in on 11/14 for a coolant leak and was told it would be 3-4 days before they could look at the truck. Was told bring it in Thursday 11/20 and we will get it right in and might get it back same day if we have the parts in stock. I go to check the truck in on 11/19 and they tell me it will be 3 or 4 days before they can even look at it to diagnose the problem. Megan at Maher helped me get into a new truck and it was a great experience. She is knowledgeable and informative, but even better than that, she went above and beyond with some special requests I had for additions in the box which was installed. She's was excellent communicator throughout the entire process. Maher and Megan made the financing easy too! I've bought several new trucks and this was by far the easiest purchase I've made. I highly recommend Maher and Megan!!
