I saw Dr Badri today to update my CDL Medical...Dr Badri has been my primary Dr for over 30 years...I tried to set up a yearly visit and was denied...The office staff told me that I had to see another Dr...Just because... Thank God, I Don't get sick... Apparently, I was told I'm not in their system...I also tried to speak to the Dr and was denied again...I was told he doesn't take phone calls anymore...I really hope Dr Badri is able to see all these reviews...He's a wonderful Dr that really cares about his patients. El servicio por llamada es pésimo, llevo días intentando hacer una cita y me dejan en espera por más de 30 minutos!!! Llamo nuevamente y me cuelgan… o simplemente contestan pero nadie habla y otra vez me ponen en espera, que pésimo servicio de la dama encargada de tomar citas por llamada!!!!
Embrace solution, not a issue. As I am a patient, he gave me always have compassion, and care. Irregardless, any physicians are here to apply their taught medical practice, but if I have any issue seek consultation with the physician, not berate the staff which is disrespectful, and not proper etiquette. His staff, if any issues is following the chain of command, but if unresolved you are free to seek medical attention elsewhere, or try immediate with the physicians only. I switched my primary care provider to the doctor and I am so happy I did the staff is very friendly they work very well with your schedule they seem to have a lot of appointment availability and the doctor himself is really easy to talk to and understanding the place is also very clean. I'm very happy as a patient here
I have been seeing Dr. Badri for over 15 years and I could not ask for better care. I travel from lodi Nj to see him by bus and i Wouldnt change him for anyone
