These people are so incompetent, we came here for a pre op appointment at 11am and it is now 1:15 pm and still sitting here.I would recommend anyone coming here to go some where els.very unhappy with thier services.
This is my second pregnancy and I like coming here now than I did before. When I came here with my first I seen 20 different doctors every visit. And now with this pregnancy I see only one. Instead of throwing ke to the wolves for me to figure out everything like last time. They actually take the time to explain things to me and care about my health and my son's growing little tiny body. I love FAN rongrong. She's and amazing doctor. Anne brown just sucks at her job.

I just scheduled my first appt. And the staff was so kind and patient and explained everything to me really well. The one lady I spoke to, I don't remember her name but she had kind of a ny accent was REALLY sweet. Can't wait for my first appt!
The doctor I have seen is fine but getting through the dis function to see him is awful. Mixed messages and bad communication is really frustrating when dealing with a medical condition. "Someone will call and schedule your next appointment " then no one calls. Two weeks later I get a robo call on Sunday night at 6 pm telling me I have an appointment on Tuesday. Three cheers for Dr. Sigmon and her vulvar clinic! They address a little-known need, and are life-savers. Dr. Francis has been compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable, and even asks my input & suggestions for treatment. She listens to everything I have to say & makes sure I don't leave with unanswered questions. It is very sad that she is leaving, but I know I'll be in excellent hands with Dr. Sigmon. The staff also is very caring & listens to you. Thank you!
