I have been with Mahec for 5 years now. They go through Doctor's like a brand new shirt always changing. Communication with triage is wild as well as the clinical practice manager not available to speak with when a major medication malfunction has happened. Please look elsewhere for a PCP.

I’d go negative if I could. Stay tf away if you have actual medical issues. They are OK if you need a physical for school/sports. Don’t tread beyond

Update: Their patient access manager reached out to me promptly and was able to get me on a wait list. He also asked questions to ensure they could figure out who the receptionist I spoke to was to address the issue. Original review: Terrible. I have a physical appointment in July, a month away to establish care. I scheduled that appointment well over 3 months ago but July was their first availability. Fast forward to today, I'm having a health concern that should be addressed ASAP. I called to ask if they've had any opening... read more

After losing my long-time primary doctor to retirement, I am most thankful I found the same excellent care with Dr. Mueller. She is thorough, direct, and personable enough to put one at ease.
