I am beyond amazed. They were able to bulk up my denture where I had substantial bone and tissue loss. I no longer look like a Simpsons character. They completely restored my face just by fixing my denture. My face had previously began to droop and sag. Now with their help and a better denture I look like I have had an eye lift, cheek implants and a turkey neck skin reduction. This facility is heads above all other facilities. I highly recommend them.
I had a better experience this time around. Sure I caught hell for the blood pressure again. But I need a new Dr anyways because Deb is retiring and UNC won’t let me go see her anymore plus appointments are months in advance sometimes even one year. Any other words she’s tough to get an appointment with so it’s time for a new Dr plus they told me it’s been 3 years. Update to my ( never getting my filling fixed ) now, because that guy never filled my tooth I have severe decaying in that spot now and I have a toothache so because the guy never filled my tooth and could’ve done something totally simple that could’ve saved my tooth now I may have to have a root canal and a crown put it so all because the guy didn’t wanna fix it. I liked going here but then they changed owners,Amy my hygienist disappeared and so did the office staff.I have fillings that fell out 3 months after they were put in but they don't want to address the issue. The new hygienist did a periodontal cleaning on me for some reason and loosened 2 teeth. My next appointment I was told I couldn't get a regular cleaning,I was told in a way to go elsewhere if I didn't want the cleaning done the way they wanted. Wow! I waited since October of 2023 to fix a broken filling. This is an half an hour drive, and my daughter had to miss preschool for me to go and FINALLY get my tooth fixed and filled. Now? This isn’t the first time I’ve been yanked around. I’ve been yanked around trying to get my drivers license too and also lots of other times. First of all, is the dentist some kind of Doctor?!
