Mahdi was very helpful, answering all the questions we had and helping us through the process as first time homebuyers. He helped us find several great options, and navigated some tough negotiations with a seller that didn’t want to budge. I am very, very pleased I went with Mahdi. This was my first home purchase and in Maryland, which can be quite expensive, but he found me a great spot in the exact community I was looking in. Plus, he is always happy to answer questions which is great for someone like me (who asks way too many questions) and is responsive. He clearly enjoys his job, knows a lot about his job, and seeks out more information constantly. The whole process with Mahdi was encouraging, transparent, and honestly fun.
