The shop looks impressive but the customer service is lacking. we went in hoping to purchase an engagement ring after having looked at a few different stores for the style, size, and cut. We were not attended to by the numerous staff and left to feel like they didn’t want our business. One staff came but had no knowledge of the cut or type of ring so she said she would send someone else.
