I had an appointment for a wash & set. When I arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes before I was washed. Additionally, when it was time to do the rollers the stylist was going to start a blow out. I corrected her and she and the woman who did my wash got annoyed and said I didn’t tell her but I literally made an appointment for a wash & set? After a deep search on hair salons for a face framing with long layers haircut I'm so happy I found this Gem, I was looking for a very specific hair cut which I saw on their IG profile and she did not disappoint!! Super affordable, Very professional, friendly and gave me the exact haircut I was looking for in such a short time too!! I usually love my hair after a blow out but my hair looks fabulous air dried as well which is what makes me love the haircut even more. ☆☆☆☆ I had a 10:30 AM appointment and even messaged the stylist to let her know I’d be 5–10 minutes late, but she never responded and didn’t arrive until 12:20 PM. Her employees were kind, communicative, and did their best to accommodate me while I waited, and they told me she claimed she thought my appointment was at 11:30 — yet still arrived nearly an hour after that.
