I was so satisfied with my services at this salon. I walked in Sunday morning and was the first - in and out fast! The salon is very nice, clean and welcoming. I had some concerns with my hair being thin and weak and I will say, it looked good at the end. It looks healthy and shiny. Next day hair is even better. I hadn’t been to a salon in years and I walked in feeling intimidated because of how damaged my hair was. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I sat down. She explained everything, recommended the right treatments, and truly cared about the health of my hair. I got a hair dye, hair cut and blowout and left feeling absolutely beautiful :)) I’ve already booked my next appointment for highlights because I trust her with my hair. Amazing experience!!!!
⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a 10:30 AM appointment and even messaged the stylist to let her know I’d be 5–10 minutes late, but she never responded and didn’t arrive until 12:20 PM. Her employees were kind, communicative, and did their best to accommodate me while I waited, and they told me she claimed she thought my appointment was at 11:30 — yet still arrived nearly an hour after that. This is the worse place ever! I was astonished because she asmused i was complaining about the price going up for a wash & set but i just didnt know the price went up so much. I was about to make an appointment but she was so disrespectful and hung up on me i was nothing but kind towards her. I never went through that before especially because im a new customer.
I had such great experiences at Mahanaim Dominican Hair Salon. They have a wonderful staff. Cris did an AMAZING job coloring my hair. The vibes were immaculate. 10/10 experience!
