My massage was very good. This review is about the business which Sunlife will not provide coverage for, they know this but are very misleading in their communications. The receptionist even said when I left that if I had issues when I submitted to Sunlife to let them know and they would try to help (this seemed a strange parting message but was a good hint about what was to come). Would give 0 stars if i could . Massage was ok. Got told they couldn't direct bill to sun life. I was told i could submit it manually. Before the massage / and after. I have tried to do this and it was denied several times. Called Yutori and i got told they are working with a lawyer and had an issue with fraud from a previous employee. Sun life will not accept or pay for services from this provider or facility. I should have been told this before my massage. Massage was decent maybe a bit more effort needed. They have recently been delisted by SUNLIFE and they will not pay claims from here.
i used to love going here but now unfortunately they are no longer covered under sunlife, even though i was told i should be able to get reimbursed by submitting a claim to my provider
