I always feel taken care of and listened to here. I love that they do labs in house.
It may take a while to make an appointment with the office, but it's worth it. The office environment is very inviting and most people know each other there. They have an in house lab, counseling services, an EKG, a psychiatric NP, and extremely professional staff!! I was able to do all my pre-op screening here at the office! The owner, Dr. Mahaffey even said "Hello!" as I was waiting. A lot of things can be accomplished through the portal if you send a message. Beautiful environment and beautiful people!!
They have been racking my bill up because they refuse to put my insurance on file said i dont have any I even called my insurance and tried to have them talk to the counter lady and she said she dont talk to insurance people so therefore I had to cancel my appointment because it was going to be a $95 self pay charge , which is refuse to pay due to i have health insurance and pay my premiums !!! I will be finding a new dr and reporting them to the better business bureau !!
This was my first visit since going on Medicare, new doctor for me and I felt immediately at home, great people from front office to doctor herself. Very happy!
