My only complaint is I absolutely hate the check in process. The PC monitors blocks the receptionist face. Although the bar is cool there needs to be a larger area for them, that allows for them to look at the patient during check in.
Very organized and friendly clinic. The whole staff is exceptional. Dr Hicks as always is beyond! Love this place!
I wanted to have a positive experience at this doctor's office, but each visit has been frustrating due to excessively long wait times. Despite arriving on time for my appointments, I consistently waited over an hour to be seen. When I addressed this with a staff member, I was told nothing could be done, which felt dismissive and disrespectful of my time.
Marissa and the staff are always very helpful and the doctors are ALL amazing. Just wish they'd hire more people to answer the phone.
