Heard good references so called to establish new patient. On hold 20 minutes. No answer. Following day attempt #2, twenty minutes again no answer so left a message. Day 3, received callback from "A" and the voice on other end was evidently not happy to be doing this. Very short and seemingly unwilling to help.
