Very respectful and professional.
This was my 15 year old daughter’s first visit with this doctor, and she did not feel comfortable at all. The doctor’s demeanor was cold and distant, and instead of spending time discussing any concerns, she just looked at my daughter’s chart and said a bunch of things really quickly while staring at her screen, and then quicky listened to my daughter’s heart and lungs and rattled off some things she thought my daughter needed to do really fast before just disappearing. She made me feel very comfortable. Was very concerned & looked carefully at my Results on the chart & made decisions accordingly .
I would give this practice zero stars if that were an option. The provider prioritizes billing over patient care, showing a complete disregard for genuine concerns. Despite my multiple attempts to advocate for myself respectfully, it is clear that patient satisfaction is not a priority. After giving this practice a second chance following the relocation of my previous provider, I have experienced repeated failures in service.
