Dr Mohamad listened and explained everything I asked. Very personable.
Love her! Love that she’s thorough, smart, and she listens and explains very well! And the other staff were also amazing!
I have been seeing an alternate physician for a year or more now, and I am so glad I made the change. Both Dr. Mohamad and her staff appeared attentive enough, but failed many times to review lab work carefully and communicate to me the impacts of those results. I would message questions on the portal and not receive answers. I would call and leave voicemails, but no one returned my calls. Office staff was efficient and kind. I didn’t have to wait too long once back in the room for the doctor to come on. She came in and took her time and listened to my concerns. She was kind, and explained next steps.
