In my personal experience mah does not listen. She does not feel like a safe space. I tell her my needs and concerns and she tells me I’m wrong. I did not feel supported opening up to her. I told her I didn’t like my current meds and she told me that it’s because they are too low. I told her I had been on a higher dosage before and didn’t like that they made me feel like an emotionless zombie. Instead of listening to me she repeatedly told me I just needed a higher dosage.
