I've worked with Reagan at Mah & Assoc. for years, both on personal and business tax needs. He's been great. Very responsive, knows what he's talking about, and is friendly to deal with. Nothing but good experiences over here, and I would recommend.
Was extremely expensive for a simple tax return back when we were doing a standard deduction and nothing complex about our assets or employment. Gave us attitude when we asked why the cost ballooned so much. No transparency and forgets that he's in the client services business. His attitude suggested that we were lucky to be working with him.
Despite nearly 10 years working relationship with Brian, he just completely ghosted me for filing my return this year. I reached out 1 week before this year's filing deadline to coordinate filing. I was told that if I provided info this weekend (the weekend before the filing deadline) that I was on my own ("I’m not taking anything on the weekend to turn around something by Monday.
