I started training with Mah-Ann last year. It has been an awesome experience! I started with weight lifting as well as better nutritional choices. She always challenge me and push me to overcome my weakness. I am getting so much stronger, gaining muscles and a lot toner without doing countless hours of the same exercise by myself. If you want to get into the best shape of your life, at any stage in your life, you need to check out Mah-ann's Pro Fitness. My first experience with Pro Fitness was in my late 20s after my first child. Through training and nutrition, I did get into the best shape of my life. Now, after another child and a LOT of life, I am in my early 40s and back at it. My results have been amazing so far! I'm so happy to be back with the Fit Fam!!!
