Jason and John Reader do a good job. Fords quality with electronics not so good. Truck reprogramed 5 times in 6 weeks 3,000 miles still not fixed.
I’ve been working with Maguires Ford for many years and I have always been happy with the their services. Having the technician show up at my work for the service call was a game changer, very convenient! The technician was very thorough and professional.
Recently bought a new bronco from Tim Kennedy and couldn’t have been more pleased.he went above and beyond. After the sale I mentioned that I had dealt with Darin Kriess 20 years ago. The next day when I went back for them to go over all the features of my bronco I was told Tim couldn’t be my sales person any more because I had Darin years ago. SERVICE DEPARTMENT - got a bronco outer banks in Nov 2025 - was having trouble getting the roof to close correctly. Made an appointment for the following week, but when i called, the guys in the service department said they would take a look right away (same day) to see if it was something simple that could be fixed. they ensured the roof closed so i could drive it and will be ordering the part they need to be ready for my appointment next week. couldn't be more pleased with the service and kindness i received today. thank y... read more
Just bought a new bronco badlands from Tim Kennedy and couldn't be more pleased. Not only did he get us 2000 more for our trade than the other dealers him and his guys stayed over 2 hrs past closing to get it ready so my wife could take it home that night...definitely will be back
