I don’t even know Where to start with this company that has no ability to help people , I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Jon , who told me it has gone through there shops inspection process and the car is great , which has to be the biggest lie that has been told . Not long after purchase it started bucking , turned out to be torn motor mount 3out of the 4 of them were torn , I called to see if warranty would cover it and they told me no that they will “help me out” by only charging me $500 to fix it . Staff was very nice and friendly, but service needs improvement. Waited an hour and a half utilizing Quick Lane. Asked for car wash and the wash was never completed. Also, Quick Lane is more expensive than getting The Works done on the vehicle. I recommend making appointment for The Works which is about $20 to $25 cheaper.
I took my 1994 Ranger in to get new shocks all around on it. The helpful service desk quoted me a very competitive price, so I came here for the first time, skipping my very good and trusted long time mechanic Terry. I wanted to develop a relationship with the Ford dealer, even though the truck is way out of warranty and has high miles (177,000).
