Ben, Nate, and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful! Ben was helpful from the start and listened to everything I was looking for in a vehicle. This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I had many questions. If Ben didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. I felt completely comfortable afterwards and knew I made the right choice. Huge thanks to Ben and Nate in particular who made the experience great!
I’ve been taking my car here for service for about 2.5 years now. Everyone in the service department is pretty nice, but I’ve had a few issues pertaining to warranty items that’ve required a lot of persistence on my part. Usually they’ll make an effort to make it right if something does go wrong, though. Labor rates are on the high side, appointment lead times can be pretty long, but overall an alright service experience.
I went into the service center to replace a sensor, they said it’d take 1.5 hours, 3 hours later they said the issue is my sensor and it would take 4 more hours and cost $1500. I asked to pay for the diagnostic and get my car back, they said it would be 20 minutes to bring the car around. An hour later I had to make a stink to get my car back. The sensor is $80 and right behind the wheel. I have no idea what they were trying to rip me off with.
Sales guys were nice but when you're getting a big paycheck obviously you're going to be nice. Will not be buying from here again. The whole purchase just seemed very unorganized. Purchased my car 5/19. I was told the information for the notary would be mailed to the notary the next day or the day after. Called the notary at the end of the second day and it had never came. Contact my salesman and tells me it was on its way in the mail. I wait a few more days and it contact them again. Apparently they had missed a few papers ... read more
I’ve been taking my 2024 Golf R here for two years. I’m giving up at this point. Every warranty issue is a fight, sometimes involving VW corporate, and about 3-8 weeks between diagnosis and “repair.” Every part they replace (headlight, door latch, rear view camera, side mirror) continues to have issues. Lately they called me while my car was in for service to tell me they’d “found” an issue with my side mirror motor which was working the day before.
