I’ve been taking my car here for service for about 2.5 years now. While everyone's kind, almost every visit has been a disappointment. When bringing my car in for warranty repairs, I'm either declined service, informed that they "can't replicate" or I get the car back with new issues. It'd honestly be more worth it to take time off work and go to a different dealer over an hour away. I’ve been taking my car here for service for about 2.5 years now. Everyone in the service department is kind and helpful. Overall, they do a decent job, with a few minor issues here and there, but they try their best to make things right. Their labor rates are high and appointment lead times are often on the longer side.

Everyone in the service department is pretty nice, but I’ve had a few issues pertaining to warranty items that have required a lot of persistence on my part. After service, my vehicle's often been left with either the same problems as before, or a new problem in the same area they just fixed (more on that below). Ben, Nate, and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful! Ben was helpful from the start and listened to everything I was looking for in a vehicle. This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I had many questions. If Ben didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. I felt completely comfortable afterwards and knew I made the right choice. Huge thanks to Ben and Nate in particular who made the experience great!
