The repair shop does not provide loaners, and regularly wants my car in the shop for a full week to do warranty-covered work. Zero stars.
I brought my Jetta to the Mcguire VW service dept for an engine warranty repair. I dealt with service writer Dylan and tech Mason. They are exceptional team proffesionals, the work was done properly in a timely manner.
Deceptive, unprofessional, and disrespectful — avoid at all costs. McGuire Service failed my mother’s annual inspection solely because she refused to pay their outrageous $800 quote for two brake pads. Independent mechanics confirmed that her brakes were not close to failing by DMV standards, and there was no metal-to-metal contact that would justify a failed inspection. Late afternoon of 7/21 I was verbally harassed and threatened and by a young mid 20's - early 30's black male employee of the Audi/Volkswagen/Toyota dealership location, for parking at the speedway parking area where there is an obscurely placed "easement modification" (a non-appurtenant easement) that has been created as a convenience to the dealership to drive into the speedway location parking lot without driving to the exit of the dealership lot and turning left to enter into the entrance of speedway. this employee drove... read more
