Oh Im upset. So my car door was hit by someone in November. Using her insurance, I got my car into the shop in Feb. they had to replace the entire door and said it would take a week. Very disappointed with Maguire Toyota. We bought an electric car from Steve, and the sales manager, Nikki Burdick, promised us we could come and charge the car at the dealership any time. That promise mattered a lot, because back when we bought the car there were hardly any charging stations around, and our apartment has nowhere to charge. Kayla in sales did a great job of finding a new Woodland Toyota rav4 for us — a very hard task given their popularity! We appreciate her professionalism and great work ethic. Really stayed on top of communications, etc. We highly recommend her!
Manager team makes totally differential when we’re talking about Maguire even spending over $2000 with maintenance, new tires and battery. The car came without a simple shower. I’m saying that because the Maguire Chevy with a simple oil change and tires rotation deliver your car totally clean and washed. This is a simple detail that makes a lot of difference.
