Came here to give a shoutout to Joel. The car shopping experience was simple and his customer service was remarkably well suited to our buying preferences. He was informative, supportive and not all all pushy or preachy - a rare find for the industry.
November 2025 Big shout out to the service team! Great service, less than the estimated price and completed ahead of schedule! They went to bat for us on an extended warranty item (2020 Rav4-hybrid). Loaner car was perfect for us. Waiting space is stocked with snacks and cocoa, too!
I went in to ask them to help take a license plate screw out and they stated it would be a half hour wait and $100. I went to a mechanic up the street that took it out in less than 10 mins for FREE! Very unreasonable and poor service!
Worst dealer ever. Low ball my 2000 miles Lexus NX350h which worth more than $48000. They only offered me $35000. What a joke, shame of this company.
