Drove 2 hours here for my appointment only for them to say they had no record of me making the appointment I have an email and everything and they say best we can do is look at it in 3 hours. What a disgrace of a company.

I would seriously think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I bought a brand-new 2026 Toyota Tundra from this dealership in June. From day one, the rear driver side tire had a slow leak. I waited longer than I should have to bring it in, but eventually took it back to have them look at it. I want to be clear that the service department was great. They found a small cut on the inside sidewall. It couldn’t be repaired, so the tire needed to be replaced. Oh Im upset. So my car door was hit by someone in November. Using her insurance, I got my car into the shop in Feb. they had to replace the entire door and said it would take a week. I call the next week, “itll be ready beginning of next week”… i call every week and get the same thing. I finally get my car back five weeks after I took it in. Massive inconvenience but shit happens. They lost my antenna and threw trash and old parts into the car and didnt bother to take them out. Very disappointed with Maguire Toyota. We bought an electric car from Steve, and the sales manager, Nikki Burdick, promised us we could come and charge the car at the dealership any time. That promise mattered a lot, because back when we bought the car there were hardly any charging stations around, and our apartment has nowhere to charge.
