I am blown away by the exceptional service I have received at Maguire Kia of Ithaca, NY! I have a 2022 Kia Seltos that needed some work and I had a very limited time frame to get my car serviced due to only being in town for a brief time. They went above and beyond to try to accommodate me and I am forever grateful! Thank you Billy Meeker in the Service Dept!! You rock!!
Bought a 2020 sportage. Unfortunately had some mechanical issues. The sales department with Beth, Nick and Des were fantastic in getting my car towed to get worked on. They even got me a loaner car. I decided to give that car back and they found me a great replacement. Cars are challenging but I'll definitely be back to work with these folks.
