Paolo and Nick were incredibly helpful with my purchase even though I ended up buying from a different dealership! They took the time to explain how wrapping warranties works and advise me on financing, and most importantly listened and paid attention to what I wanted. Nick and Paolo were so warm and positive when I drove to Watkins Glen to test-drive a car, even after they learned that the Ithaca dealership was going to pick up the car and take it to Ithaca to complete the sale. Even though Nick and Paolo would get no benefit from the sale, they could not have been more helpful, answering my questions and spending time with me.
