Typically I would rate this business as a 5 star. Always great service. Nice People. Complete and honest. However, today I experienced their AI system for the first time. Just plain awful. Endless loop. Finally got to a real person who transferred me and it put me back into the AI loop. I value customer service and the ability to ask questions that don't fit into an AI box. I purchased a truck on 12/7/25 was easy and painless. No stress and the did everything they promised left happy . BUT..... My wife also wanted a truck and requested pics. 2 weeks later ..nothing... so we both contacted the sales manager and again we requested pics.. he said we would have them the next day .... almost 3 weeks later NOTHING... so we are currently looking elsewhere..
