Update: all finished, Tom, the General Manager really seems to care about his customers! Tom is a decent guy. I am waiting on results as I have over $10k into them. I brought my SUV into Mcguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville. I have an ongoing issue but the GM Tom is on the case, he called back and is working on the issue Paul the body shop manager told me he would goto bat for me to make sure the 5-star rating was supported by the parts he used. Mike Bennett was awesome to deal with! Had a great time picking up my new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado High Country. Mike explained everything to me about all the features on the truck. I knew most of it as I traded in a 2021 High Country. Mike was very thorough with all the features that was different from the truck I traded in.
