Amazing service, every time. I tried to order propane today, and due to wifi calling and terrible internet today (ice storm) the call kept dropping. Barb had heard enough of the conversation to find the name and she reached out via text to contact me. After being treated terribly by Salley's years ago, and with disinterest by Ferrell, we found Magruder and will be a customer for life.
Awesome Customer Service! My heater and water heater stopped working at the same time. I could re-start both, but they would turn off again within five minutes. With the temperature dropping to 33 tonight, I was FREAKING OUT! I private messaged the Magruder Facebook page at almost 8pm on a Friday night….and within an hour David returned my PM.
