I would give this office 0 stars if I could. After Valerie Magrino could no longer see me, she matched me with Ms. Piantanida. Who I quite literally just got off the phone with, who screamed at me after I showed interest in getting off a medication due to side effects. From the jump, Piantanida did not care about me nor did she put any effort into helping me. She actually called me the wrong name during our very first appointment. Oh wow, the comments amaze me! It is so clear, & Obvious, not everyone in the comments, wants treatment.. & I've been getting it though this nurse practitioner.. For idk, almost 10 years!! & with absolutely "no issues"!! & she Is a normal person! Who's very helpful, very organized, & very professional! She deserves more appreciation considering, what her career actually does, & what it has given to the community.. She's always been so friendly! Appointments are always great!! Note . She has a 2 star rating for a reason. This woman is only in it for the money. Stay away and beware!!! The worst! Not professional does not care about people. And does not remember anything.

I was a regular patient for anxiety and depression for over a year. Then, in the middle of the pandemic, neither she nor her office staff would return my calls for a routine follow-up appointment. I thought her office had closed down but it appears she just dropped me as a patient, as other reviews indicated. There was never any friction or issue.. and it left me without a prescription refill and weeks-long waits for other providers. I went thru very uncomfortable withdrawals despite my low dose.
