This place is amazing! All staff are very nice. Sarah helped my vision come true, and the engraving was beautiful!
I needed to have my gold earrings fixed because one was bent. I came in and met the loveliest staff who were able to help me fix my earrings at no charge. They have a wide selection of jewelry styles, gemstones and pearls too! Highly recommended.

I have been going to Magpie for more than 20 years and have always had a wonderful experience - whether purchasing earrings for my wedding or a ring for daughter’s 18th birthday. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Trooping the Colour parade in London, England. For the formal occasion, I wore a family heirloom necklace from 1904. Today, I had the most pleasant stop at Magpie on Sussex in Ottawa. I stopped by to inquire if they can fix my bracelet jumper rings (solder them for security because they kept opening up); they do fix jewelry & they did mine for free! Thank you!
