Revised Review. My engine builder ordered a Magnuson TVS2650 Gen 6 SS Camaro kit for me in early February. It took forever to arrive so Magnuson looked into it for me. Their customer service is top notch. They found out the delay wasn't from their end and Kevin assured me that they would prioritize/expedite the delivery ASAP. I was worried my order was lost. Magnuson went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue.
Refuses to ship my item for another 2 months . They failed to disclose this during purchase . I will be using a different supercharger on my other vehicles since magnusons doesnt like to ship very fast

I called and left a message with Kevin, no reply. I then used their contact email, no reply. I didn't blow up his voice-mail, only called once because I'm not a dick, but no reply all the same. I'm enjoying the supercharger kit I (overpaid) for, but -2 stars for a few reasons: 1. Company ignores even the most basic customer service requests. Their product costs enough you'd think they could answer simple questions. 2. The tune the kit came with is pretty bad. The aftermarket tune I bought made as much of a difference as the $8000 supercharger!
