If I could give this place a 0 I would. Used to love staying here but now this place is run down and filled with bugs & bed bugs. I couldn’t even sit my food on the top of the microwave because the little roaches were all over. The tv stand , the bed & the fridge were all disgusting. Even down to the hanging curtains. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! THE PICTURES ARE FAKE!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. The entire property was disgusting especially the room which had bed bugs but was still declined a refund even though this hotel clearly does not meet health code standards and there was no way we were going to touch anything in here let alone ever even brought our bags in here. We left the property and they wouldn’t refund us! There were people loitering outside and in the parking lot! They weren’t fully dressed, hiding behind vehicles, swearing and were cooking on hot plates outside the doors. The pool was full of mold and parts of the building were falling apart while others were fully condoned. It was unsafe for us to stay with our children! The pictures online are completely deceptive and not what we arrived to at all! If we could give zero stars we would!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!! We originally supposed to stay at OYO. But we didnt get in the room because it was like 6 guys looking over the balcony, window and open the door. We were nervous went to receptionist to advise of saftey and we need to be refunded. She told us to go to Mayfair and we dont have to pay, own by same company. This place is soooo nasty!!!
