We recently stayed 3 nights over the holiday weekend. Being that we were traveling with our 4 month old puppy, we spent a lot of time in the hallway coming & going outside to avoid any accidents. The owners & Christy the Manager when encountered were always so welcoming and pleasant to acknowledge our "Charley" everytime. Our room & amenities were very clean and functional. These are good people! The only issue we had, Sabetha is somewhat of a food desert, especially on Sunday. We look forward to coming back.

I am providing my rating based on what is in the area, not globally. For the area top notch. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a quiet atmosphere. I continue to stay here whenever I'm in sabetha.
Decent older hotel, definitely wasn't new but everything worked.
