Hotel front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant! There was a young man who was often at the front desk; who I felt went above and beyond. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in area. front desk service was exceptional!

Clean, cozy, quite, friendly staffs , worth your money It's not far from all major free ways and roads! Good coffee in the morning ! Whatever you get in this great price , it's very good ! I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't mind staying there in future

This hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly the rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable and the service was fast there was a lot of restaurants around and a gas station and a grocery store right next door which is reliable. The staff is respectful and always there when you need them.

We were quite pleased with the friendliness of the front staff and the cleanliness of the room. We were nervous after driving around the building to the entrance and then signage wishing customers to be patient while they renovated, but our room was clean (no bedbugs, clean sheets and towels, no lingering cigarette smoke) and was mostly in good shape. I would like to take the time to let you know how very friendly the hotel staff is, always their to answer any questions your have .The rooms are clean and neat. Close to shopping and restaurants . I would stay here again.

I just want to take the time out to say thank you to the great hotel staff @ Magnuson.... Management is phenomenal, my room was clean, cozy & that as close as it gets to your own bed feeling. The housekeepers were wonderful & staff answered any questions I had about restaurants & entertainment. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I will defiantly stay again.

Great staff,excellent service.my overall experience was very good.the room was very clean and neat.the front desk staff was very friendly they answered all my questions Promptly.they also helped me with directions that I needed to go to my business meeting.they also told me where to find good restaurants.my room was clean and net.my sheets were clean and well organized.my overall experience was great.i was very satisfied.

I have stayed at Magnuson of Lansing and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay in the Lansing area. The price was very reasonable and I will plan another visit. The surrounding area has many good restaurants to try!

My two small children and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in October. Just traveling back home from a family reunion. When I first pulled up it was a little dark so I was unsure if it was open. But when I got a little closer I found out they were. The front desk lady(Jamie or Janie) was very nice and helpful. She answered any questions that I had without hesitation.
