Disappointing Has gone downhill considerably since a couple of years ago. Only thing available was coffee no breakfast. There was a closed sign due to water damage and a telephone number on the front door when we checked in and I had to ask if they were open. The front desk person said it was only for the pool but it did not say pool closed just closed. We had another friend staying and I think we were the only people there. After checking in, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were out of order. I asked about a discounted room rate as we had chosen this hotel specifically for the pool. The reply was "you already got a great price". The hotel is in need of a lot of regular upkeep, such as paint, bedding, cleaning, and all of the furniture showing a great deal of wear. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, powered creamer, and 5 little individually packaged snack cakes. No juice, no toast, and no cereal.
Went to check out pool and hot tub while checking in. Pool was ice cold and full of algae, hot tub was broken down and half full. Site listed that they had a pool and hot tub that worked. After checking us in she tried to charge us for a 3rd adult even though we booked a room big enough for 7. Staff who was in casual wear tight longsleeve and fuzzy pajama pants, no shoes let us know their pool isn't in service during the winter because it causes a lot of "steam damage".
