Renee/ front desk offered no assistance/ no refund. We are leaving mess.(after hang up) for refund. Gen mgr listed is VijayPatel. Mr Patel promised to refund us . Aug 9 still waiting for check. All the way around /Not honest / credible business.
This was not a good stay for us! Room 113 smelled very musty, dirty bathroom floor, grab bar in shower broken, pool and hot tub were closed and the breakfast area was also closed for remodel. Wish they would have told us everything was closed for remodeling!!!!!! Would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
This hotel is absolutely horrendous. I’m not extremely picky when it comes to hotels and usually will sleep on any bed without a problem. However, this was another level. Check in time took 45 minutes, but that really wasn’t the receptionist fault. It was her first day. When she gave me a room key, I went to the room with my 3 young children (5,4,1) and I opened the door and made a shriek when I walked into a room SOMEONE WAS LIVING IN. Check in was at 4pm, although I had checked into my room as a pet friendly room at 130pm they did not clean and prepare for my checkin until 6pm. When I asked for a manager the GM couldnt give me a number and referred me to the hotel email address and Expedia. She just kept saying it was busy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THANK GOD IM A WRITER AND BLOGGER FOR HOTELS AND RESTURANTS.
