I went in to get a ECU/PCM reprogram and I specifically told the advisor not to do any diag on it because its already been done and all they need is to program the ECU/PCM and when i got my bill the advisor said it took them 2hrs to program the ECU/PCM which is excessive because I went and got another car reprogram to a different shop and it took them about 30mins and only charged $120. The mechanic I went to said that fords are one of the easies to reprogram so he was baffled that ford charged me 2hrs and over $400.
