I worked with JP shopping for my 17 year old daughters first vehicle. While we unfortunately failed to negotiate a final sale, I commend JP for his demeanor and honesty in our interaction. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with and we will give River Valley Ford a hard look for our next family vehicle.
My husband and I traded in a hybrid escape and purchased a new explorer in July 2025 with the help Lexi and the other River Valley staff. We had submitted an inquiry online for the explorer and within 30 minutes Lexi had contacted us to come test drive the vehicle. We made an appointment for the next day to discuss the trade in/purchasing. Our trade in was smooth and we were able to get good value.
