A shout out to Lesley in Service, to Dave and Sho in Sales, and to Crystal and Sonny in Finances/Insurance. All of them were patient and very helpful with this "ole fella". I used to get my car serviced at Magnusson Ford in Abbotsford, they moved to Mission and now is called River Valley Ford. Recently I purchased a new vehicle and believe it was a fair deal. Thank you for the time taken to answer my questions and I hope you continue to put customer service as a priority.

Bought a 172 point inspected ford used vehicle here and had serious issues almost immediately. During the test drive, the brakes failed, which was a major safety concern and very dangerous. The brake pad wasn’t in the calliper. I was told the noise I left with was “just rotor material,” and verbally assured I’d be taken care of and had 30 days if issues didn’t resolve. Manager Sho is a man of his word. Sales man Deep is very kind and respectful and makes sure his customers concerns are heard. These are real people that own their mistakes and want to leave you with the best experience! Pay top dollar for your trade and are continuously working on being the best dealership to buy from. Had a very positive experience purchasing a Ford Maverick with Ryan as our representative. Appreciated his approach and the straight talk.
