Incompetent service department can not take notes on the vehicle issues, didn't get a loaner vehicle as promised and wasted my time driving from out of town. I was getting a 7k engine job done and now I am going somewhere else. Ford is hands down the worst auto company to deal with. Canada needs to lift the tariffs on Chinese cars! Hopefully put ford out of business.
