Update The VSA has substantiated that the odometer reading on the purchase agreement was incorrect, confirming that a material fact was not properly disclosed at the time of sale. Bought my 2026 Explorer Tremor last Saturday and the sales staff were amazing. Lexi and Taran gave me a great deal on my trade in. Melissa did an awesome job writing up the contract and Cali is always great in service. I would also like to add that the rest of the staff there are very friendly and approachable.
I have never had as good of an experience with my truck as I just had at this dealership. My truck broke down due to a recall issue and Callie and the service crew took care of it all in one day. I was told by other dealerships that I would have to wait up to 6 months for the fix, but they looked at it and flagged it as priority and got it done. And on top of that they gave it a wash and sent a driver to pick me up at my house. Very very impressed. They have a lifetime customer 👍🏻
