I have been lax trying to find a new dentist since I moved to Eugene. But I called Magnuson Dental, and was blown away by the customer service over the phone (Debbie?). She was awesome... scheduled me for the following week, took a bit of information on where to get prior dental record, and chatted just a bit. As a patient who has had numerous dental procedures throughout my life, I have to say the Magnuson Dental is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been lucky enough to find. Before I went to Magnuson, I had missing and cracked teeth and was in need of several procedures. I had zero reason to smile. Friendly, efficient and congenial office and operation. Great care by the dental hygienist. Expert advice and treatment by the dentist. Front office made check- in, insurance billing and scheduling easy. Happy to be a patient of this practice.
