I’ve worked with Magnus Title for many many years, but the Queen Creek office was a huge disappointment. The worst escrow officer is actually the branch manager Krista Diaz who could not communicate in a timely fashion on anything pertaining to the closing file but was sure quick to email me back to give excuses why things weren’t done and to say that I was “very rude and condescending” because I asked for a settlement statement multiple times.
