This place is a joke, they don’t respond to emails and when they do they go round in circles they have no clue what they’re doing… They told me I did not need to get a sewer inspection as one was done 10 years ago thank goodness I did $28,000 later! I gave them money for a credit card payoff and it never hit the credit card and said I would need to basically figure it out… I’m still trying to figure out where it is today with no help as they have 17 closings and would maybe get to it next week!
