Made it very easy
I've done two deals over the past few months. I am a returning RE investor out of hibernation. First touch with this agency was an antisocial personality assistant. Missed her call called back "oh didn't expect you to call" And ask a question. Right? What was she I'm thinking? A temp? Very disorganized. Had to resubmit papers. Kind and courtesy, but would prefer a more professional experience for my clients.
Very accommodating, nice, responsive to questions.
They will not allow anyone to use any notary except theirs which is in North Scottsdale. They make it incredibly hard for working people to get paperwork signed.
