Very unprofessional!! I am a seller and Manuel Minier, requested to show my home to his clients. The showing was confirmed, I spent a good bit of time cleaning and making sure everything was in order, I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate his buyers and I got out of the home with my pets, all while being 7 1/2 months pregnant!!! Worse property management company ever. Lease Renewal is up and I've tried contacting them for 3 months to renew but have been unsuccessful. Last night, a tenant above moved out and left a sink overflowing, causing flooding to come down the walls and ceiling. Fire dept was called. I have been trying to contact the property management company, placed a claim, called phone numbers, texted. No one answers or calls back.
