My driver Jake, was quick, efficient, friendly, courteous, respectful. Very helpful. The people who answered the phone were also, helpful. I have had many roadside assistance experiences. None like this. Fast, courteous, efficient.

Magnum Towing associate, Ely, arrived at the location of my disabled vehicle and me on a dangerously busy highway in the dark of night sooner than expected (in less than 20 minutes). He paid close attention to my safety and that of my vehicle. Ely promptly and effectively loaded the vehicle onto the flatbed truck and transported my vehicle and me to the desired location. He was kind, thoughtful, and professional. Thank you Ely and Magnum Towing!
