My wife went through the process of getting quotes from a few different companies, and asked me to research. Decided based on what I found that Magnum was the best fit. I made an appointment to choose a color for my garage floor. A no show. Called and texted to find out where they were. 30-40 minutes after the appointment I get a response that they forgot but they could be there in an hour. They were willing to reschedule but how do I justify rescheduling when it wasn't important enough in the first place to put in the appointment book.
