The salon no-showed for my appointment. I booked online and arrived on time for my appointment- the salon was locked, no one was inside, and when I called there was no answer. I received no notice that my appointment had been cancelled or that it hadn’t been accepted by the salon or that staff were running late. I waited a few extra minutes to see if staff were just running late, and no one came. Photos of services online looked great, really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the wasted time and uber trip.

I just found this place by looking on yelp as it is rated the best salon in Arlington. It did not disappoint! Everyone is so kind and friendly. Really makes the experience! Highly recommend. I had Malik and he did an amazing job! Malik was so kind and patient with all the requests I had for my hair cut!

I love Magnum Opus! The salon has a great vibe, especially if you love art and music. Clinton has cut my curly hair multiple times, and I’ve had a 5 star experience every time. He is incredibly personable and kind. I highly recommend!
