This office has been a nightmare. They don't deserve the one star they a getting just so I can write this review. Specifically the agent Pilar Morales. She never returns phone calls or emails in a timely manner and is very rude. I called to update my policy, she told me she was leaving for vacation, upon asking if my rate would change, she stated no rate increase and just rushed me off the phone. Muy buena atención cuando vas a contratar , solo cuiden de leer bien lo que firman y lo que cubre su póliza . Pero cuando llamas si tienes un accidente solo para que te asesoren olvídense de su buena atención, lo tienes que resolver sola y con un disculpe yo solo soy un empleado tenemos que seguir la política de la empresa , se lavan las manos ! Pague por un año tiene 2 meses que cánsele y no me an devuelto los 5 meses que restan ! Muy mala mala elección !!! 0 recomendable !
