Had them wire a new AC. The person they sent kept calling the boss all day, asking about code etc (doesn’t instill confidence. ) What should have been inside wiring (says the contractor who came out afterward b/c I didn’t trust it) was instead wired outside, with trenches all along the house and through the perennial garden. This is a message I sent to the owner after his service. Waiting for a reply. Hi Rick, thinking more about this billing I am still not happy. To actually try and tell me it would be $270 was ludicrous! How many people just pay because they think you are being honest about your time! I am actually 1 mile further then you are and it took me 30 minutes to get to the cabin, the fact that you had to stop and use you gps which added time should not be on their bill, you should have had that figured out before you left. I have been using Magnum for years for various home electrical projects including installing under the counter bathroom heater, vent fans and timers, additional outlets, upgrade to 200 amp service, and etc. They have always provided professional quality service. I have not had a problem with them calling me back. I will continue to use them since they know my layout.

Called and left a message for an estimate a week ago Tuesday. No one has called back yet. Can't imagine what their customer service is like.
